Went
to school to become a Chiropractic
Nurse and worked for a local chiropractor
in Franklin for a couple years.
Got married in November 1990 and
moved to the suburbs of Atlanta,
Georgia in 1991 where I worked
as an Operations Manager for a
local Fire Alarm and Life Safety
Service Company.
I remained there for six years
until an opportunity took me to
San Francisco, California in 1997.
In San Francisco I worked for
the State of California –
Commission on Judicial Performance
as their Public Hearings Coordinator.
It was a job I thoroughly enjoyed
as well as living the “city”
life in wonderful San Francisco.
Then circumstances brought me
to South Florida in the spring
of 2001 where I began working
for the yacht brokerage industry.
In 2003 my husband and I divorced
but I decided to remain in Fort
Lauderdale as I enjoyed my job
working in the yacht brokerage
business, had made many supportive
friends and by this time considered
it my home. My brother and parents
still live in Franklin so I try
to make it up there at least once
a year for a visit. |
